ESM SPECIALIST

Division - information Systems (IS)

Reporting to: ESM Manager

Qualification:
Candidate must possess First degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Experience & Training
Candidate should have four (4) years, experience including: At least 2 years experience in Database Management UNIX Enterprise Management, Patrol. Performance Assurance and Control, SUN Solaris Operating System and scripting experience.

Job Summary
Design System Management Platform.
Implement and maintain management tools.
Execute the automation of business and system administration processes.
Implement automatic notification system.
Deploy remote agents on enterprise and NT infrastructure.
Ensure server availability according to IS Metrics.
Produce monthly reports on availability and performance.
Ensure development of quarterly capacity plans.
Develop standards, guidelines and procedures.
Research and evaluate products.

Job Conditions
Normal MTN working conditions. May be required to work overtime depending on work demands.
