Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing

Location: (Abuja)

Job Responsibilities

Specific objectives for the marketing manager related to sales volume, market share and profitability Other goals are those of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and ‘product’ penetration. Devise a marketing strategy consistent with the company’s strategic objectives, yet specific enough to enable the board to monitor performance over time. Marketing policies need to foster innovation take account of risk factors and focus on aggressive pursuit of growth for future returns.
Qualification and Education:
Masters degree from a reputable institution- MBA or specialization in Marketing Good bachelors degree coupled with solid knowledge of key computer packages/programmes/software relating to sales and marketing
7-10years experience, relevant/requisite experience in real estate industry would be an advantage
Proven track record of increased sales, goal oriented and outstanding delivery customer care service
Leadership, communication, innovative, people management skills are necessary
